I dont see a district mark on the crossguard? And the maker mark seems a bit strange to me?

In my relativly newb opinion I must agree w/Dave and zoza,the grip is the first thing,it's too sharp,well defined.The scabbard color seems off,kind of has "orange peel"? Lower guard almost looks plated,and the grooves don't loook good.JMHO..Lenny
