Thank you for all the kind words. I will start out by saying I'm no expert, but I have seen these NSKK Marine Daggers all copper washed, all copper washed except the chain, and I have seen some with the SA button and eagle done or one or the other. Since I've been doing this research on these daggers I have seen about 3 or 4 variations and when it comes to plating I have not seen any two the same color, and like Serge said in a previous post, there is a more expensive model with very heavy copper that looks like the copper water pipes in your basement ceiling (dull finish). Except for the heavy copper plated ones I'm finding out when it comes to color, this has a lot to do with camera, lighting, and how much it's been cleaned/polished. Here are some examples, http://germandressdaggers.com/NSKK%20Marine.htm and some more, http://www.militarycollectiblesinc.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=14_42 Almost forgot, when it comes to price, there is one of those heavy copper plated ones on the second site for $12,000.00 and the others I see hovering around $6,000.00. Thanks again Rich
