,,,finds a place in the shade once in the while!
Getting this ring is a long story so I'll save you all the boring details...
Seller had coins, loads of old jewelry.
I was studying some of the old jewelry and ran across a WestWall ring. Seller didn't know what it was only knowing it was old [1939-40 on ring!] So, I asked him if he had any other similar rings..
Well this is what he pulled out! Old,, dirty,, worn,,scratched up,,nicked, beat up pretty bad..
Black glass fired enamel,,all scratched up but still in there.

- under the dirt is a nice 835 content stamp!

It was very dirty. I did a short clean up for these 1st photos..
Also, a very small area on band I barely touched with a polish cloth and it cleaned right up.
I will only do a brief cleaning to it,,leaving the patina/tarnish. wrap it up and in the collection box!.
