I think that is a fake. Etched and press stud is wrong for me... But, the guy that ask me about this bayonet need of more opnions... Regards, William

I don't like the fit of the mortise key either.
And the etch sure doesn't exhibit the same characteristics as the one pictured in Wayne's book on page 71. I only point out one ting here.. look at the spacing between the tow and bottom borders of the etch at the bookend closest to the crossguard. Not at all like the one pictured.
