Some time passed and finally I have my new addition. Larry probably will not belive how it was possible to repair handle. At this moment I would like to thank Him for a great deal. In my opinion this dagger is now pretty good and without any huge problems...
Have a look ...

I know of six SS daggers with member numbers in the "269 000" range and I have not been able to identify any of them yet. Another case of the frustrations of number research.

My first SS Dagger by Pack, which is still in my collection, is serial numbered 269346 on the top guard.

OK, so "in words", where was the damage located? In words - the main problem was a partial damage of the wood near the upper crossguard. It was fixed with original part of another damaged SS dagger handle. I would say it is a masterpiece and If I would not know it was repaired I would never find it out....
