Gentlemen
I have just picked up a bunch of WW2 Polish Army in Exile stuff but I think that some of the items are later or not what they seem. Can anyone advise on this beret badge? Cast white metal with two prongs.
Anyone know of a good source of information on the WW2 Polish Army in Exile?

I collect badges and groups for the Polish Army in the West (Polskie sily Zbrojne Na Zachodzie) 1939/47 especially unit badges

James. have not seen a site for that yet. must be one.
I own 3 hats myself. the beret I have is missing "that "badge. but, the 2 over seas caps have the patches still. not saying much but, your badge has a shield under the eagles , mine do Not. and these have the legs spread far apart. your's aren't.
mine belonged to an office. poland to england , canada, back to england ,to france, germany,poland. then later to usa. passed away = I got the hats , plus some veteran books (1946 or 47 dated). BUT, these hats were all made in canada..... the insignia ??
