Yes, I do.
It is mostly in a great stack of pictures and in his mind, plus a suggested outline in my/his computer. The only delay is his business and commitments. Me? I'm retired and ready to go. TW? he has a business to run and that has to come first.

Dave if every dagger I've heard is going to be in it really is, this book is going to be 6" thick! Anyways lookin' forward to it!
