There is a photo of one in the GDC Reference Library at this LINK . Just scroll down to view it. It showed up in a motel buy around 15 years ago.

I missed a legit one on Eban about 8 1/2 years ago. It went for about $3600 to Bruce Petrin who was very happy I got skunked on it
