A friend of mine turned up two unslotted dress bayonets by Klaas. The grips and hilt fittings are maybe 75% of the size of normal dress bayonets. I have photos showing the comparitives size between regular, this size and miniature bayounets but due to computer woes, I can't post it right now. I'll send it to a friend and ask him to post it. Any ideas off hand? Brian Rich notaguru@att.net

It sounds like you are describing something like this Puma I bought from a veteran. It is shown with a short-bladed regular KS98. This is the only one I have ever encountered.
