Got it off the son of the vet. One of my favorite pieces. Made by hand. Came with a army officers car pennant and some ss cloth. I should have kept the car pennant also.

All named to one solider. He was anti tank. It was a shame since the auctioneer broke the grouping apart. I had to buy everything individual. I hate it when they do that.

Double sided. Once I heard this was up for sale. I had to have it. Had to beat out phone bidders from iowa, illinois, colorado and other places in the country. Came out of a estate from a member of the 9th inf. He was a part of the AAA-0. It was a shame that this was the only piece of ss he had.

I bought this butcher because of the frog. Nice snap action in the lug area. Blade is a henckels on one side and on the other the stamping is faint on the left side but it is marked ges vorm rossmarr berlin.

Belonged to a friend of mine. Was in the 29th. Landed a few days after d day. Was in the hedgerows. Attached to the rangers. Made it all the way to the hurtgen forest then he was wounded and captured by the germans. Went to dachau. Went to the nuremberg for a day. I see him every week. Too bad I didnt get his 36ss chain dagger that was named. I was a dollar short for that one.

Thanks for taking time to show all or part of you're collection. The buckles are very nice. That water police must be pricy. Although I do like the look of the used dirty herr buckles. Also that SS flag... See you on Rt 76! Ian.

I am by no means anywhere near complete showing everything. That was a half a draw of stuff that is laying around. I didnt get to the swords, medals and daggers yet. I have about another 20 k98s yet.

Came with that veterans flag pole. I would have sold it but, since it has the original price tag I decided it was going into the drawer. To never see light again.

Some family book that goes into your family history. Your children time in the various groups. Their history of growing up step by step. Really anal. Mine was never used and the numbers match with the outer cover.
