Hi everyone. I was offered this sword and would like to know if you see any red flags on it.
Regards,
Oleg

The seller claims that all is original and no repro. Need an advise.

The sword is good. The knot is a reproduction. It should not be considered as adding to the price. You might try buying the sword without the knot to see if he will lower his price.

That's generally in the ballpark of what they seem to be selling for these days. Most dealers want between $3000 and $3500. A lot depends on condition. The hilt and scabbard fittings on this one seem to have some mild corrosion, but most of these do. The paint looks pretty good. It's always hard to tell from photos. I think $2500 to $2800 would be a fair price, but I'm a cheapskate.

I'm lucky enough to own SS NCO by Krebs, so I can compare yours to mine. They look the same. Sword is 100% original, knot is 100% copy.
