Hi William,
Crossguard looks correct for the 3rd Höller pattern and MM looks correct too, but I no idea about scabbard.

What I can see from this dagger in this partial pic looks like a common, period, relatively late manufactured HÖLLER army officer´s dagger. As already stated, crossguard and mm conforms, I would like to add that certain features of the grip do it too. The scabbard is a generic one (one scabbard ring seems to be defect), often and commonly used by HÖLLER and I do own an in all details identical dagger from a close relative of mine who has worn it himself during the war. So nothing to worry about. Regards,
