These are out of my field of study,,but,,The seller is a master jewelry counterfeiter. He does occasionally/rarely sell a authentic ring.
I'd get more/ better photos before purchasing it!

Yes, Uli is a little "gangster".
He has some good rings - he buys a lot of old jewelry.
And for sure he makes his own ones.
In exact this ring i am not real sure. But i know he had a good one of this pattern in silver and also a good one of the Bismarck-pattern.

Saw this pattern some times in silver.
This one is brass with an heavy silver plating in still real good condition.

Nice ring Odal. Closer to the NSDAP emblem one will no get. Like the NSDAP pins, this ring seems to be early. Always nice to see!!

From the pics it looks like out from 3 different pieces in the 3 colours, baken together like a cake and the swastika overed with paint

- you got it!,,,3 separate pieces,,painted Swas...
Bakelite was in use by the early 1920s...
All nations tried/played around with it for various reasons.
The pin set up kind of looks US , but in the early/mid 1920s trade was world wide so anyone could have been using it.. Maybe someone has similar and we'll get to see more...

Time for a "new" ring here. Silver, small size, well made seam, red and glasy enamel. Well stamped "800", austrian tukan and manufacturers mark "JB".

Thanks friends! Markings: On the second pic ring 1 and 2 have only "800". On the 3. ring you can´t see real the stamp - there is inside a second band for downsizing. Ring 4 and 5 have austrian marks (tukan) and the last has no marks - it is silvered brass/copper. Wow G.! - You got it! I think i understand your idea and i think you are 100 % right. Black swas, white/silver round in red shield ist german (black/white/red). White/silver swas on red field is austrian - colours of austria red/white

Here the next promised partypin pattern.
Exact same style as one of the ring above. Only here is a white enamel around the swas (black/white/red). Ring has a large size, some wearing, "800" mark on backsite plate, well made seam and a little damage in the red enamel.
But, what is this? Behind the enamel it looks like there is a seperate brass? plate.
Sombody here for explaining this to us?

Yes the other ring has a little enameldamage at the red one too.
And behind this enamel again is a kind of brass.
In all hard to say, but yes, i think too it is a kind of thinn sheet or foil. On both rings this, i call it now so, foil has symetrical structures.
In my opinion real to reflekt and brake incoming light through the very glasy enamel.
And, if i remeber right, brass is one of the best materials to hold enamel.

This is real hot glass enamel, right?
If so than answer is a tricky nature of this kind red color enamel. It will not lay on this low silver content base. With this enamel is pretty hard to work. To "fool" this enamel you can use pure silver 999, which is unacceptable in this case because of its softness. You can make richer silver surface. Or you can go this way with brass liner. There are few more possibilities like to make colorless enamel undercoat etc. Had a lot of "fun" with this enamel in restoration before.

Hi, how it was usually done I do not know. Because today is available that colorless enamel with higher melting point. So today this technology with brass is pretty useless and pain in ******** anyway.
