Vern, a small correction. The knife is not Russian youth organization. This knife Bulgarian youth organization "Branik". The motto on blade "Duty and Honor" (in Bulgarian). Production of the Bulgarian factory "Factor".Logo shield with jumping deer, edelweiss and the name of the plant. For a shield icon ice-ax. Thank you for your post and photo.
