German history is filled with more than the Nazi era-it follows that not every piece in a group will be from a common era.
The badge style is from the 20's.The later 30's style shortened the clef note as well as the S and B
As far as this badge goes, it is atypical of the period badge of membership/merit by way of material as well as size.
