Since we just had some "Justiz-collar tabs " posted , here my latest "Justizwachtmeister" tunic. It is a very small size ,hidden front closure buttons , gilt buttons are marked "A" for Assmann and with "EXTRA FEIN" , and red-maroon piping at cuffs and collar and underlayment of shoulder boards. Interior has plain brown cotton liner with one lefthand breast pocket, arms have white with gray stripes cotton liner . Posted by Bernd.

The collar has 3 hooks . View of the hidden closure buttons. May be George can pin down the 'DATE ' , when this tunic was worn in-service ???

Bernd,
I think your tunic should be prior to 1942 since it has the concealed buttons. I seem to see faint outlines of button holes on the outside flap. I wonder if it was updated at one time with exterior buttons?
Here is a similar tunic with concealed buttons that is tailor made.
