Hello, I need some help again. This dagger has been offered to me from Germany. Write me what do you think about it, and what is the estimated value of it. What is your opinion about the hanger? Thank you for any infos. Janos

The dagger looks good to me. Seems to have the correct parts. Early WKC fittings and 2 side screwed scabbard. Slant grip is nice to see. A WKC configured like this is very common though. They obviously made a lot of them so don't pay them a bonus for an early Army by WKC.
I'd take it. Portepee seems a tad new and probably added.
Hangers? I wouldn't pay a bonus for the portepee nor hangers....... Denny

Thank you for the comments! I tend to buy only the dagger without propertee and hangers. I hope I can make a deal with the seller, because I like this dagger. Janos

Very Nice Janos. Hard to find personalizations on early slant grips that are for sale.

I think this is a very Beautiful EARLY WKC! The hangers may be the early brass based type, the snaps look alot like a set I have. This could explain the gold looking buckles, someone may have cleaned them a tad too vigerously! GOOD LUCK! and follow up with more pics! Kevin.
It's ALL in the DETAILS!!.......
