I'd be interested in any and all opinions on this belt and hangers, Brown leather on the belt, the hangers have green and silver brocade backed by green leather.I'm not really sure whether they are Hunting or Forestry related.

I never have seen any with this color but I think they are Austrian. Could be for a double ring suspension Hirschfanger. Sword rigs usually have regain chains or straps-A hirschfanger might not need one as a frog might have been used with the rig. Many times hirschfangers had both rings and frog studs--allowing for a couple types of suspension.

When I bought it, here's how I was hoping it might work. Double Ring suspesion Hirschf�nger just as Houston said.
