Just a guess but, I would say these are "drill" uniform. The day to day work uniform.

So, because they are "only" drill trousers the valu eis lower than the normal army ones or what?
What are the value of theses trousers?

I've never priced these type of pants but would say they are a little lower in value than other types. My off the cuff guess, $150.
