Hello.
A friend of mine has this spanish sword. I'd like to know more about it - like the period when it was made, who used it, a rough market value...

Hi! IMO is an infantry corps sword for officers (the shield in the guard is the infantry force emblem). Not sure about value but about 300-400� will be right if the sword is VG to Mint. regards
