Gentlemen, I'm very please to show you my first and only Forestry Hirschfanger. I wanted to have one of these for a long time and always preferred the Subordinate cutlass, which I think is rarer than the Leader's type. I was also searching for a brass base Forestry Hirschfanger, instead of the more common Aluminum model. Bought this beautiful dagger from one of our GDC colleague, Mike Balazic. Danke !

Pat, It looks as though you've made another good choice my friend. A beautiful dagger and some very nice, sharp photos of it, too. First class! W~

Danke mein freund ! Thank you all for your appreciation. Gary ( aka: Baz69 ), told me that it was an uncommon blade pattern and seldom encounter.

Thats a very nice dagger, indeed great photo's as well. Any deluxe Stag gripped forestry hirschfnger is harder to acquire than there Ivory gripped counterparts.
It's nice to see you grab a forestry Pat, they are beautiful daggers that can only really be appreciated once you hold it in hand.
