http://cgi.ebay.com/German-Officer-Wood-Grip-Variant-Ar...QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I considered posting this in the Humor Forum. Ole Charlie must have run out of locks of Eva Brauns hair and is down to this kind of thing! Roll Eyes Big Grin He really needs to ship this thing to Manfred and at least get the scabbard ring fitting marks polished out! Eek
The "Condition" rating cracked me up "Near good plus"?? I guess that's like being on "Double secret probation"! Wink

Nope, I remember the hair and the rope. Sometimes I couldn't tell the difference between the two. Wink

The dagger is "variant" junk. He must be looking for a new collector who wants a really rare dagger. Well, it is that.

And by the way: I don't know about no stinkin Marquess of Bath and what he claims in the above book but I got Ole Heinies glasses right here. I have it on good authority that these were ripped right off his still quivering corpse!! Mark Furman, you remember him, formerly of the LAPD had the center bridge "nose printed" and it matched Ole Heinies schnozola perferctlyEek
