Of late I have seen a couple of Government Officials Daggers by makers that I didn't really know to have made them. Which makers were known to have made these daggers? I thought Alcoso and Eickhorn were the only ones.

WOW!
I was with Gator on this one, I thought that Eich and Alcoso were the only accepted makers...

WKC also made some with parts purchased from Alcoso and Eickhorn. I believe that only Alcoso, Eickhorn and Hoerster made their own parts.
As far as Alcoco and Eickhorn being the only accepted makers is concerned, this is primarily a dealers' issue because they are easiest to sell. Cuz thems that don't know nuttin' like things simple and safe.

The others are pretty hard to find. Be careful with the Packs. There are quite a few Pack "pot-belly" repos around.
