Thanks for sharing your very rare portrait photo, Robert. If I am not mistaken, this was a very short-lived organization as such and hence the SS collar tab with the "S" cypher is extremely rare to find. I believe the SS-Sanitatsabteilung ceased to exist shortly after the outbreak of war in 1939??

PS - love the helmet.

Robert, I thought you might enjoy these. They came from the same vet as all of the other early SS stuff you have seen. Purchased in the last few years so there is still a lot of nice items out there.
