hi bought this army dagger from a greek lady whose husband was a resistance fighter when the germans invaded .when his time came he took this dagger from the greek officer surrendering the barracks a few greek army men turned to the germans the wife told me he shot the man who was one of poulos men ,the dagger has sv engraved on the back the handle looks painted but what a beauty the hangers look as you would imagine with gold wash eickhorn right mark,silver clean lived in the sun ,i love it and the story if you doubt it i will give you the ladies number and you can tell her shes a liar b..r your luck.
