IMO it looks like a faustriem watch fob. I do not know for what branch. I have a LW flight/para one that I paid $50.00 for and I really didn't care if it was a fair price or not, since it looked fantastic on a LW engraved officers pocket watch I had picked up many years ago.

If the leather strap is blue or gray it is a Luftwaffe NCO watch fob. If the leather is green it is an Army mounted NCO fob.
