The trademarks on both seem pretty high up the blade.

I agree with Skyline regarding the positioning of the maker tradmark. They seem high.

The trademark position is wrong. You do not need to look any further.

Yep! Those were the daggers ..... At the price the seller was asking I knew they couldnt possibly be real ...... but you never know in this hobby. 3 years ago I picked up a mint SS M36 for $1500 from the grandson of a vet who thought it was just a fancy parade dagger .... that was just before EBAY instituted their stupid policies.
