How can I clean the blade of an SS dagger I just purchased? Also, how can I clean the wooden handle? I don't want to damage it.

Hello Bob, and Welcome to the forum! You will get as many opinions regarding cleaning daggers as there are collectors, and that's alot! My advice to you is to take lots of pics and post them here so we can see what you have. If you can't figure out how to post them e-mail them to me and I'll post 'em for you. Regards, Leipzig

Yes... post lots of pictures of what you have first before attempting to, "clean", anything. You could well do a lot more damage than good.
