Not sure this is the right forum to post this in, feel free to move the topic.

Im in the middle of a rather unusual hobby projekt, I guess... A couple of months ago I started to build my own 20mm flak in scale 1/1 (always liked building mechanical stuff and models). Im still not sure if I going to build one that can shoot blanks, or just a 1/1 model, but a flak it is.
Im starting to get to the tricky points, and photos and models does not really help me as much as I would need anymore. I would need some drawings. So, my question is, does anyone know where I could get some mechanical drawings (anything is of interest, even the simplest one), or close up pictures of 20mm flaks and parts? Would be eternally greatful...

Johan, you might want to check out the Schiffer publications. They have some good books on most German weapons to include tanks and half-tracks. They may have something on flak guns.

Try checking European museums or battlefield exhibits. You might find a real one to study.

How about that "3D AFV" site Bernie posted about below? Maybe they could help. I don't quite understand just what it is that they do or sell. Real models or technical drawings of actual equipment. JohnJ

Try here http://www.military-info.com/Index.htm

If they don't have something they might be able to point you in the right direction. Smile
