Hello.I have been trying to find out a little info.on this bayonet.I have it posted elsewhere also.It is in beautiful condition outside of the blade being a little loose.The only problem I have is with the frog.It is LBA 39 marked and it might be replaced due to a slight wear line on the scabbard indicating it had a longer frog before.Should there be unit markings and a maker mark?And could anyone give a ballpark figure as to the value?I know the prices are all over the place and is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.Any info.is greatly appreciated.Regards,Darrick

You have very nice bayonet, prices vary $150-250 for bayonet. If you don't get a reply on your frog try the Edged Weapons Accoutrements Forum, they may be able to help.
