Does anyone know how I can save Ebay images? After they are saved, I cannot open them. When saving, it only gives me the option to save as a art image or a bitmap, neither of which I am able to open after it has been saved.
Thank you in advance.

right hand, mouse click over the image , and choose "Save Picture As ..." save with an extension of .gif or .bmp or .jpg
should do the trick.... as any picture editor will use those formats

Thanks Mark. I know, but I won't give me the option to save as a JPEG. Only an art or bmp. Additionally, I cannot open either file with MS art or picture/fax viewer.

try adding .jpg or .bmp or .gif to the filename.
this should force it to save as that type...
Sounds like you have a file association gone wrong or a bit of installed software causing you problems.
