Hi
Can anybody show me any pictures of a Japanese naval landing force nco sword? I have chance to purchase one but need a idea of what they look like. No I do not have any pictures of the sord.

Joe,Special Naval landing force swords fall in the category of Navy swords.As far as NCO SNLF swords,It is my understanding that NCO swords were Government property,Thus the serial numbers.If I understand correctly,NCO Was NCO regardless of branch of service.Army and Navy officers swords have different fittings.Perhaps someone can shed some more light on your questions.Best wishes Geoff.

As Geoff said, navy did not have a specific NCO sword equivalent to army NCO swords.
