Hey Lou.Sorry to be so vague but it appears to be a war commemoration medal.I am not sure what the Ribbon colors indicate.I have seen the award with different ribbon colors.Just speculation,but perhaps a Theater indicator?? similar to U.S.campaign medals.Perhaps someone could translate the ribbon bar.Best wishes Geoff.
