Looks new to me. Lip on scabbard, HJ diamond looks new (white border) etc...

Is there a lip on the scabbard ? I don't like the grip plates , the rivets and the inlet .Otherwise the blade and especiality the maker mark looks good to me .Can be an authentic blade corpus is restored with new grip parts.
