Hello all,
I was very excited on Wed. to pass up the 250 post mark and eagerly awaited my first rank symbol. I am up around 275 now and still have no rank. Have I done somthing wrong to keep this from updating or does it just take a little time?
No big deal just curious...

I think the administrators run a sweep on the user accounts every month or so and award any achieved ranks.

We used to be able to run a fairly simple sweep that showed what badges each member had. For example, I would key in a search for at least 250 but less than 499 posts, scan down the list and spot who had no leaf. Then 500 to 749, 750 to 999, etc,etc.
The new software (9/1/04) does not show the badges when you run a sweep so it is impossible to tell who needs a change. I look as I scan the forums and upgrade anyone I spot.
Also, as I have posted several times, an email to me will get the problem fixed !
