Very cool arc of a Regiment that had an interesting history! You see some of the best arcs and unit titles come out of Italy.

Hi Guys,
here one selling on ebay, it says it's 173 Infantry Regiment, 5th Army, but looks like 473rd to me, mind you it's on a decent Ike jacket, but looks like mine.

except for the orange trim that is, would this be Italian made too?

I would think its Italian made too, The "X" stiching is pretty typical as well.
I also agree that thats a "4"

I just put my shirt with 5th army patch and Italian made arc on ebay. Only because I'm mainly into WWII German
