I did not realise how hard it is to photograph small items such as this pin.I failed miserably and had to resort to scanning the @#%$$!! thing and then manipulating the photos.

Hi Pablo,

Perhaps you get more response in the section " Rick Boyd / Bill Stump Medals & Badges".
I know it's difficult to photograph small items as you want to show them.
Has your badge a red copper base ?

Looks good to me. A bit beat up with a replaced pin. Looks like a modern repair.

Gentlemen:
Thank you for your responses.It is indeed a Salty piece which is not in the best of conditions.
Benten:
You can see the copper base in the first photo,at the bottom of the first Rune.
The Serial No.appears to be applied in much the same manner as in the GPB.Is there always a certain uneveness to them?
