Although in poor condition, I think this dagger is alright. I have asked the Seller for more clearer photos but he still hasn't sent them.

Going on the pictures below, what are your thoughts and opinions and what do you think a fair price would be?

Although it's difficult to tell from the pics. I think it's legit if based upon no more than; Who would make something like this? Unless some of the parts are rusted through; it perhaps could be put into presentable condition but at an opening bid of $999 I'm not going to be the one to find out!

Well I am the new owner of this dagger. I plan on restoring it. I have much experience in restoring daggers and swords. Since I have a toolmakers background and I own a machine shop I can make this in to a gem! It is the same approach as restoring an old car. Lots of TLC. I love this kind of challange.

Hi, I sold it to a collector and made a little $. I did not take any photos, totally forgot. I had to sand blast and re-polish the blade. Never messed with the grip and shoe polished the scabbard. The blade was badly pitted so there was still some areas that did not clean up. There was very heavy patina due to poor storage conditions. I did not clean the fittings. Really did not due much too it.

The collector was very happy with it!
