Hi Guys, I came across this one with what I believe the original issue belt with the SS mans name written in two places. How unusual and/or desirable is this package. Of course I'm hoping it's original! All opinions welcome.. -wagner-

Hello wagner, it is a rodo SS EM buckel and ok. The green paint? imho, it looks repaint. The leather tab is not for this buckle. Best

Thanks schorschi, Regarding the leather tab, maybe it is not "textbook" but that leather tab does not look like it was added post-war. All the stiching looks and feels "factory". Anybody else care to comment? -wagner-

Hello Wagner, I agree with schorschi, the front paint job appears not period done. SS buckle by RODO was produced in 1943 the tab bears 1940 date by Osang, hard to say it's factory added. Best Ric
