I'm in my "Inspection" period on this medal. The price was right, it looked good enough, I got an inspection period, so I bought it. I'd like to get your ideas on the piece. It also came with a 15yr stickpin.

I read the box is for a 10 yr. award being brown. I have observed brown, blue and red boxes. For 10 yr., 15 yr. and 25 yr. awards respectively.

I did dig mine out, the images are in the link I posted. Mine is a different maker so minor differences.
What did you decide? Keeper or no? What about the brown case?

It's a great feeling when a new piece passes the smell test.

The lid is peeling off the "structure" but it still looks ok.
