Well I broke down and bought my first army dagger since I started to get interested in TR daggers recently...It appears un-cleaned and pretty nice. Would this fit the definition of a "text book" Eickhorn Army?...How did I do?

You did very well. Thats a text book Eickhorn in great condition with nice age patina.

Yup,, you have youself a very collectable all Eickhorn dagger. Textbook 1935-41 piece.  You are going to get ****ed in to these just like I did. Now you only need about 90 of the other trademarks to complete your collection.
