I recently purchased a Model 1889 sword. It has "G. Freytag" and two small Iron Crosses on one side. The other side has "Feldzug 1914/15". What's the easiest way to research this piece. Thanks in advance. Al

Send it up to Brian Rich in Amelia Court House, VA. He'll give it a good home and do all the necessary research for free.

It's coming your way man. I padded the box with $100.00 bills so as not to damage it.

I'll get my bud, Richard Bonay up in Jersey, to give it the once over. Nobody knows swords like him.
