My postal knot came on the dagger directly from the veteran. The dagger is one of the type without numbers. Does your dagger with the worn knot have issue numbers or is it without numbers?

tiep, A while back, when I had posted pictures of 928 you had mentioned that you had a postal with a pretty close number buried in your collection. Glad to see you finally dug it out. Would still like to see the numbers for comparison if possible.

Mine is also one of the "numberless" variety Ron and it has never ever been apart while in my possession. In fact, because of the condition of the knot, I try to handle it as little as possible. ~ Ian
