I haven't bothered getting into these for some reason. Don't ask me why!
It's harder to get a exc plus to mmint, then the 2nd model.

nice stuff Bob, I think after my most favorite dagger which I will never own, the GO, the 1st luft is next, followed by the naval. someday, someday. did you have the chest custom made for daggers? looks great!

Paul Yes i had thes cabinets made just for my daggers.
I have two of them: Bothe have 11 drawers that are 3 inches high and 1 drawer that is 6 inches.
They are 2 feet deep , 4 feet high and 5 feet long.
And darn heavy. Sine they are made from solid oak.

I agree with you Bob, I haven't bothered with them much either, as far as design I like the crossguard style but think that that design looks better on the DLV-NSFK knife then the 1st luft. My favorite flyers knife is the 2nd luft with the NSFK-DLV knife right behind that. What maker is the DLV or NSFK you show in that case?

Bob, Like your 1st Lufts too! So you really try to keep all your stuff near mint? Good plan but expensive eh? I would love to have just one Early nickel 1st luft with good silvering on the brass roundels! In all my years of collecting I havent came across the right 1st at the right time! THANKS for showing! Kevin.
It's ALL in the DETAILS!!.......
