Normally the parts by this maker are nickel plated and a matching finish through out the dagger would be more desirable the hilt fittings appear to have lost their plating or never had any.

Strange how the finish leaves these fittings sometimes,I had one right from the Vet one time with great plating on the crossguard and none on the pommel! Still a very nice dagger Eric! Kevin.
It's ALL in the DETAILS!!.......
