I have a WW2 capture document that lists two items: A camera and a "Knife (SS Dress)". Does this have any great value for the owner of a SS Dress Dagger? Thanks.

It sure does if the paper can be matched to the dagger. Which is a long shot. Does the paper have a SS dagger serial number on it? If so that's a good start.

No, there is no number listed and no other way to associate it with a specific knife. The camera is listed by brand name, but it too has nothing to restrict it to a specific camera. I guess what it could be used for would be as an example of how the GI's got this stuff home, er...as they were supposed to get it home! Thanks again for the good help.
