One of my personal most apreciated edged weapons. Most early period manufactured. Has seen the early days. This kind was first worn by Hierl (there do exist period pics) and therefore early german edged weapons collectors ("insiders") did call it "Hierl hewer".

Very nice Hewer! I must get a full stag soon! Craftsmanship is incredible, even the screw heads are pointing in the "north-south" directions. I have noticed this often on untouched early RADs (like TENO hewers). I always wondered if that was a requirement of the design, or only a little extra "touch" that a few quality makers took the time to insure. Anyway, NICE DAGGER!

Full stags are very difficult to find in this condition.
