Hi, I just aquired this brown sa hanger (came with an early SA grounded rohm early eickhorn oval TM). While cleaning the leather I noticed some markings. it looks like to they are hand or home-made. And they are hard to notice. I think it reads: 111 / 9 SS or 117 / 9 SS or something similar. Could this be a SS group ? any idea's would be helpfull. I will post a few pics but it is very hard to make a clear picture of the "carvings" ?

I hope the pics are clear enough
both SS carvings look very much alike. But the rest of the carvings aren't that great, so imo a homemade marking

It could also be 1019 SS.

Looks like SS 5/? but I dont have it in hand . Get a plain white sheet of paper and a pencil and trace over the top, make sure the paper does not move!.

trick with paper and pencil did not work. I added some white wash but there are to many cracks in the leather to give a good result. here are some extra pics.
if you turn if upside down then i would guess:
or SS 6 / 01 or SS 6101
could that make any sence??
