Notice the angle on the frog, the top clip is specially positioned so the dagger hangs at the required angle.

Reverse grip plate
Of the two Klaas forestry's I have both have the two rivets holding the reverse grip plate, no acorns. An anomoly that I believe is unique to Klaas.

Gary, you're right, same characteristics: the stamped mark, plated blade, three acorns on the obverse grip with two alloy rivets in the back, and gilded-steel scabbard fittings. Good call.
