Need to know if this is a good cap. I believe that it is, but would like further comments.

Hi Guys, I also like this cap for a number of reasons. Probably mostly because I am convinced of it's authenticity. A late war type, probably last pattern as recognized by most collector due to the sweatband and hand applied insignia. These are the most commonly encountered M-41(M43 is a different type of cap) caps with the early, soutached versions being the least encountered type. Nice piece, maker and size.

The Olympic badge is an interesting decoration for this cap. Possibly by the soldier that wore it, or done later. The flat prongs don't protude through the cap, but just under the first layer of material.

Sorry for my ignoarance, but isnt this a DAK M41 and not M43?
Looking for DAK 1st or 2nd model Tunic in Large size. Also looking for Italian camo trousers in medium size.

B-B,...M is for location of manufacture(M-Munich for instance).43 is date of manufacture(1943).These are common markings often found on all types of German uniform items.
